The Company:

GARRIN and ASSOCIATES, LLC, formerly known as Harmon Garrin Associates, Inc. was established in 1972. The company is a full service real estate consulting and appraisal firm, which conducts appraisal reports and related services for all types of property. Appraisal assignments have been conducted throughout the States of Georgia and Florida, with the majority in the Greater Atlanta area and South Florida. Assignments have also been conducted in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts.

They specialize in Real Property Valuation and Analyses, including Appraisal, Investment Analysis, Feasibility Studies, along with Highest and Best Use Analysis of Various Types of Properties Including:

• Vacant Land, Single Family Residences and Planned Subdivisions
• Proposed and Existing Apartment Complexes, Condominium Developments and Individual Units
• Rental and Condominium Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Neighborhood Stores
• Warehouse and Industrial Buildings
• Mobile Home Parks, Hotel, Motels, and Marinas

Counseling assignments have included highest and best use, marketability and/or feasibility analyses, risk analyses of properties as collateral for mortgage financing, due diligence analysis for real estate syndications and loan portfolios, and the review and critique of real estate appraisal reports for lending institutions. Additional services extend to providing litigation support to attorneys, government agencies, and expert witness testimony involving foreclosure, eminent domain, bankruptcy, and estate settlement.
